It is cold-pressed from the parent seed, with no heat treatment. It is then filtered through cotton and paper, and bottled. Retains the characteristic colour, aroma & taste of the parent seed.
Is made from mustard seed especially developed by the CSIRO, and grown by local farmers for Yandilla Enterprise.
Contains no additives or preservatives. Is cholesterol free. Contains a balanced mix of poly- and mono-unsaturated fats. Has the lowest saturated fat content of any edible oil in Australia - 5.5%.
